Kalan started from a simple observation: children have plenty of tools that give answers, and almost none that teach them to find one.
The minimum of data
A first name, a birth year, a school year. No surname, no address, no photo. A child has no email account with us.
No advertising, no resale
Family-facing pages carry no third-party advertising pixels. Learning data is never sold, shared or used for profiling.
The parent decides
Export or erasure of your child’s data on request. Erasure is permanent and requires two people to approve on our side.
Security is verified, not promised
Every release replays hundreds of attempts to get around the tutor. If more than a fraction succeed, the release is blocked.
