FAQ
- Can I pay with Wave or Orange Money?
- Yes. Payments go through KkiaPay, which accepts Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money, Wave and bank cards.
- I paid but nothing was activated.
- Message us on WhatsApp with the time of payment. We check the transaction with the operator and activate the same day — with free days added if the wait exceeded an hour.
- What happens if I don’t renew?
- The account becomes read-only: your child’s progress is kept, nothing is deleted. A session already underway is never cut off.
- Do I need a card to try?
- No. The Discovery plan asks for no payment method.
